Having the 5 Greens (Celery, Cucumber, Green Pepper, Bitter gourd and Green apple) juice and Guava for lunch today.

This is I’m VERY determined to lose that 22kg. The month of march has been fruitful. I lost abt 2.5kg with regular exercise and right diet.

Its definitely not easy, the battle is in the mind. I have to remind myself to take one day at a time, one week at a time.

Reminding myself great things are installed for me by June and by the end of the year.
